ERCOLE Shapes and archetypes, consequences of a thought guided by the deeds of the craftsman, working on hot iron while patiently imprinting his own imprint. The design inspiration comes from the design of the structure, where the upper element hooks onto the other and like arms to the sky supports the top and the objects housed inside. Ercole is in fact a system of strong tables, with a structure in smooth round iron beaten over the entire surface of the piece, to create a faceted effect on the material. The finish itself is inspired by the projects of the artist couple Garouste-Bonetti, who have created furnishings with a timeless charm. Welding becomes a fundamental element to support the links between the parts and give prominence to the shapes. The result is a table that at first glance seems like a geometric but unstable intersection of elements, until its hidden strength is discovered. The object thus manages to present itself in a gentle manner, almost inviting its use, a bit as if it were talking to us continuously. Hot-dip galvanizing and fire-painted in antique marble grey.
